Create a spare parts eshop interfaced with the ERP
Context : Our client, a manufacturer, wants to set up an eshop to sell spare parts and accessories to consumers.
Action : Our mission is to interface the eshop to Agoraplus in order to create a bridge between the information in our solution and the online sales site. Information is automatically created and updated through a single interface. The loading of products, prices, promotions and product documentation therefore did not require any changes on the manufacturer’s side. We will also offer innovative services such as finding a part from an exploded view or registering the consumer’s device online to view or generate the warranty contract.
